Blue Ridge

This ridge of mountains and steep sharp cliffs offer up a beautiful view of the blue crystal bedrock layered into the hard mixed stones of the mountains. Not trees or plants grow in this section of the mountains. Wide and deep caves formed where the surrounding softer rock around the crystal layers have worn away over time. Despite the danger of rock falls, and both landslides as well as avalanches in this area; birds as well as dragons and wyverns like to use the caves for shelter or nesting places. On a clear sunny day the view of this ridge is glorious.
