Torn Stream

This stream is small and will occasionally dry up in the deep winter and hot summer months. Fall rains and spring snow melts keep this stream large and long enough to sustain the forests inhabitants between times where no rains fall. However if a drought were to plague the land this oasis would dry up rather quickly.

Fungus Caverns

These caves and tunnels are found in the eastern edge of the forest just beneath a rocky outcropping. The dim light through a few holes dotting the roofs of tunnels throughout the caverns gives life to fungus that grow in the darkness. Many different kinds of fungus grow down here. Bats like to live in the cave at the southern end of the tunnels in the caverns. In the western tunnels water fills up the deeper areas keeping most adventurers from wandering any further downwards into the earth.
